Our Child Our Divorce Outline

v  Our Child Our Divorce is a program presented by Mental Health America of Hendricks County in collaboration with the Hendricks County Courts.  This course is mandated by the judges in Hendricks County for divorcing parents with children under the age of 18.

v  Programs are offered on select Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on select Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Class schedule varies, so please contact the office for the schedule of dates.

v  Class starts promptly, if you are not on time, you will be asked to reschedule.

v  Spouses are not permitted to attend the same class.

v  If you must cancel, you must do so three business days prior to your scheduled class or you will be charged a $15.00 fee and a $25.00 fee for the second and subsequent missed class(es).

v  Upon successful completion of the class you will receive a certificate of completion.

v  There is a $10 fee for duplicate certificates (making a copy of your original certificate for your own files will help avoid this).

v  There is a $45.00 fee for this class (Money Order or cash only – no checks or credit cards accepted.

v  Classes are held at the Mental Health America of Hendricks County office (75 Queensway Drive, Avon, IN  46123) unless otherwise indicated.

v  Register by calling Mental Health America of Hendricks County – 317-272-0027.

v  Class size is limited so please schedule early.
