Every $15 helps and can achieve the following:

• Reach 1500 school age children to provide a positive self-esteem program.

• Sponsor a 3-hour support group to help encourage and explain: Grief, Widowed Persons, Divorce, Attention Deficit, Depression / Manic Depression, etc.

• Buy the paper to print 4500 pamphlets to inform the general public on: handling the blues, coping with stress, managing phobias, struggling through anger, creating a positive attitude, improving self-esteem, (to name a few).

• Help educate the public on the myths of the mentally ill.

• Sponsor an evening of socializing for 15 mental health consumers.

• Get professional speakers to inform others on: depression, schizophrenia, suicides, mental illness, etc.
